Qualifications

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Attorney to provide legal support to corporate headquarters and operations in the US and abroad.  Will prepare and examine contracts involving a broad range of legal matters, including product purchases and sales, real and personal property purchases, sales and leases, intellectual property transfers and licenses and employment arrangements. Also provides legal advice regarding disputes, intellectual property, company formation and governance, securities, regulatory problems and general legal counseling. Successful candidates will have the ability to gather and interpret data and to advise solutions to difficult and/or complex problems. The work also may include the interpretation of considerable data and advising new approaches or programs.

 

Education and Experience
Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar with 5-8 years of experience.
